The TINYCAMPER story – our story – is perhaps like so many other stories of people falling in love with nature, looking for more freedom to explore it on their own terms, and finding the right way to do it.

For a long time I’ve wanted to travel differently than by plane – more authentic, more intimate and more environmentally friendly. Inspired by the amazing DIY camping culture in the United States, I decided to build my own camper.

Soon after, I was on my way to Croatia with my own micro camper. I’ve never looked back – soon I built a second trailer that was better suited for family trips and took my kid out exploring in the great outdoors. When I saw how much joy this unique and cozy house on wheels brought them, I was inspired to share this spirit of adventure with others – and with you!
