PURCHASE OF THE PRODUCTS

You are entitled to place an order on the Products offered in the Website and purchase the Products offered in the Website. For every purchase of the Product offered in this Website, these PT&C applies. In case You do not accept the PT&C, then the Company has a right to refuse to sell the Product/s.

While making an order and purchasing the Products, You do understand that depending on the Yours residence address custom duties may apply.

ORDERS

Once You have placed an order online, You will be sent a confirmation email informing that your order is being processed. If there are any problems with the order Company will inform You as soon as possible.

Company reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason. In such circumstances the You shall be informed and a refund (if pre-paid) will be issued accordingly.

Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the issuer of the card. Company retains the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by You and received by Company and legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to the Company if the Company refunds any payment for the merchandise to You. Risk in the merchandise transfers to You upon delivery.

SHIPPING

Shipping worldwide from Vilnius, Lithuania through our carrier partners. Orders are shipped within 14 working days after the last payments for the orders were received. Shipping price is calculated individually after the final testing stage of the product and offered as extra, the price depends on shipping address. Please contact info@tinycamper.eu for special shipping requests.

RETURNS

At Tinycamper.eu, our goal is to make Your online shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. If something should happen to the purchased Product down the road, send an email to info@tinycamper.eu and Company shall determine if such product is eligible for free repair.

Nevertheless under the following conditions returns and/or refunds are not applicable:

In case You do not collect the Products in the address, that was provided by You irrespective of the reason the Products were not collected. In such case You are obligated to either cover the costs incurred by the Company for the shipping of the Order one more time or be reimbursed money paid deducted by the costs of shipping incurred by the Company;
In case You collect the Products, yet intend to return the Product within 30 days after purchase. In case You return the Product within the established period, then You are entitled to a refund deducted by the shipping costs, which are incurred by the Company, given the Product returned is intact.
